References in this policy to the "Company", "we", or "us" refer to Pontegadea España, S.L.U., with registered office at Cantón Grande nº 4, 15003 – A Coruña, and tax identification number B-82707720.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The Company will process the following data depending on its source:

When you fill out the pre-reservation form for tickets available on the Website:

  • Name and surname;
  • DNI/passport;
  • Email;
  • Address and country of residence;
  • Phone number;
  • Information regarding your involvement with the equestrian world, the European Show Jumping Championship, and the Casas Novas Equestrian Center.

When you fill out the contact form available on the Website:

  • Name and surname;
  • Email;
  • Any other information you provide in the form that contains personal data of yourself or third parties.

In the case of entering personal data of third parties, you must have the necessary authorization from them before any communication with the Company. By entering these third-party data in the form, you expressly acknowledge that you have obtained and collected the necessary consent from the affected third parties (and/or their legal representatives), exempting the Company from any liability.

When you are at the Casas Novas facilities located at Larín de Arriba 2, C.P. 15144 Arteixo (A Coruña):

  • Images obtained by surveillance systems.

  • Information about your visit to the Website, including full uniform resource locators (URLs), services you have viewed or searched for; page response times; download errors; duration of visits, information on your interaction with the Website (e.g., clicks, and/or mouse movements), and methods used to exit the Website.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Company will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • When the data is obtained through the pre-reservation form for tickets on the Website: The data provided through the pre-reservation form is used exclusively to manage your ticket reservation for the European Show Jumping Championship FEI 2025, which will take place from July 16 to 20, 2025. The reservation will be managed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Pre-reservation available on the Website.
  • When the data is obtained through the contact form on the Website: The data provided through the contact form is used exclusively to address any queries, information requests, or complaints you make, as well as to manage necessary communications related to those queries.
  • Surveillance Images: Images captured by the surveillance systems installed at our physical facilities are intended to ensure the safety of people, property, and premises, as well as to prevent illegal activities. These images are stored only in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Cookies: The information collected through cookies is intended to improve your browsing experience on our Website, analyze user behavior, and offer content tailored to your interests. Specifically, cookies are used:

WHAT LEGITIMATES US TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  • Pre-reservation and Contact Form: The legal basis for processing the data provided through the pre-reservation and/or contact form is your explicit consent. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We retain personal data for as long as we need to achieve the purposes described above. For the same reason, we will delete or anonymize personal data once they are no longer necessary for these purposes, unless it is necessary to keep them (properly blocked) for a longer period due to a legal or regulatory obligation or when the personal data is required to establish, exercise, and/or defend real or potential legal claims, investigations, or similar proceedings. Specifically, regarding each processing activity:

Pre-reservation and/or contact form: Data provided through the pre-reservation and/or contact form will be retained only for as long as necessary to manage your ticket reservation and address the query or request, respectively. They may then be retained in a blocked format for the time required to comply with potential legal obligations or address related responsibilities.

Cookies: Data collected through cookies will be retained for the period specified in our Cookie Policy, depending on the type of cookie and its purpose. You can manage and revoke your consent at any time.

Surveillance images: Images captured by surveillance systems will be retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless it is necessary to keep them for a longer period due to requests from competent authorities or for the management of specific incidents. After this period, the images will be securely deleted.

DIRECT ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA BY THIRD PARTIES

When accessing the facilities of the Equestrian Center during the European Show Jumping Championship FEI 2025, you are informed that media and other independent third parties may be present and may carry out broadcasting and/or dissemination of images and audiovisual recordings of the event.

In this regard, these media and third parties may capture your images and, where applicable, those of any minors accompanying you, for informational, promotional, and/or journalistic purposes, without the Company being involved in the capture, processing, or dissemination of such images.

In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, the Company is neither the data controller nor co-controller of the personal data collected and processed by these third parties, as it does not determine the purposes or means of such processing. Consequently, the capture and dissemination of images by media or other third parties is external to the Company, and it has no control or responsibility over them.

Accessing the facilities of the Equestrian Center during the European Show Jumping Championship FEI 2025 implies your express acceptance of this circumstance. If you wish to obtain additional information about the processing of your personal data, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing, or portability, or file a complaint related to the capture and dissemination of your images by these third parties, you must contact the media or third parties that carried out the capture, consulting their respective privacy policies.

The Company is therefore exempted from any responsibility related to the processing of images carried out by these media or third parties.
